Yuniia Furman
Senior instructor
IDC's senior instructor. Nine years of Ukrainian folk choreography, then contemporary and stage dance, with classical ballet as a foundation. She danced professionally in a show-ballet abroad, but chose the studio and teaching. She leads PRO groups and private sessions and is responsible for the studio's unified methodology and for developing the teaching team. Choreographer of Dance World Cup–level routines.
We don't just train dancers. We put a part of ourselves into the kind of people they grow up to be.
Координує всю підготовку, а не тільки свої заняття
Юнія переконана, що вузький спеціаліст — найкращий спеціаліст: «не можна бути розсіяним на багато факторів». Тому над одним конкурсним номером у студії паралельно працюють троє: вона сама «чистить» техніку, тренер з акробатики відпрацьовує трюкову частину, викладачка акторської майстерності — емоційну. Акробатична складова обговорюється ще на етапі постановки, сюжет номера одразу доноситься акторській — і кожен працює там, де сильніший.
«Я, як викладач з хореографії, не знаю всіх фішок і тонкостей акторської діяльності. І це правда», — каже вона про причину, чому цей формат узагалі існує.
Радить ходити не тільки до неї
Юнія запрошує колег дивитися свої номери й сама ходить до них: «дивлячись 150 разів на один і той самий номер, одні помилки можу помічати більше, а інших навіть не помічати». Батькам вона відкрито радить водити дітей до різних викладачів студії: «у кожного хореографа свій умовний почерк — чим більше викладачів, тим краще розвивається база навичок». Страху втратити учня в цьому немає — для неї важливіше, щоб дитина розвивалася всебічно.
Працює з тілом, а не тільки з хореографією
Окремий напрям її власного навчання — загальнофізична підготовка й профілактика травматизму. «Якщо викладач не розуміє, як працює тіло дитини, якісно навчати навіть базових рухів дуже складно», — формулює вона. Саме тому робота з тілом у студії стоїть попереду хореографії.
Для підлітків — наставниця, не друг
Вона не прагне стати дітям другом, але хоче бути людиною, якій вони довіряють. Її завдання — розуміти своїх учнів, підтримувати їх і залишатися наставницею, яка допомагає не лише в танці, а й у розвитку особистості.
