Who High Heels is for

High Heels is a class for anyone who wants to feel more confident, more feminine and more free in their own body.

You do not need dance experience, good flexibility, or the ability to walk in heels already. A lot of women put off their first class because of thoughts like “I am not graceful”, “I will not manage” or “I will look awkward”. But High Heels is exactly about the process of gradually learning to feel yourself and your movement better.

In class we work on plasticity, coordination, technique, posture, attitude and confidence. We learn choreography, break down the basics, and help you move more freely and naturally.

It is also time you can finally give to yourself: put work and everyday chores aside, turn the music on and simply switch off.

High Heels suits both people who have never danced and those who want to try a new style, open up and see themselves from a completely different angle. You do not have to wait until you are “ready enough”. You can start right here.

What to bring to your first class

Choose clothes you can move in and that let you see how your body works. The best options are:

• leggings or fitted trousers;
• a top, tank top or T-shirt;
• knee pads — for floor work.

If you already own heels, pick a pair that holds the foot firmly. If you cannot walk in heels yet, or do not have the right shoes, come in socks. In class the teacher will tell you which shoes work for training and where to buy a good pair.

Most importantly — do not worry and do not try to prepare “perfectly”. For a first class it is enough to simply come and try 🤍
