👕 What to wear to your first class
Kit, shoes, hair. The basic checklist for a first session.
First class — and the first question in the changing room: "Am I dressed right?" Relax, here is the minimum.
Clothing
- Children: leggings or shorts plus a T-shirt with sleeves. No jeans, skirts or dresses.
- Adults: the same, plus hoodies that are not too bulky. You need to be able to turn comfortably.
- Heels class: heels 7 cm or higher, high-waisted leggings, a top.
- Stretching: leggings, a top, socks.
Shoes
Trainers clean and for indoor use only — you arrive in your outdoor shoes and change. For contemporary and the morning classes, barefoot is fine.
Hair
Tied back in a ponytail or bun. For breaking, essential.
What to bring
- Water (a litre)
- A small towel
- A spare T-shirt (trust us — you'll want it)
