Irpin Dance Centre is the #1 dance centre in Irpin, home to Team Ukraine's dance squad (3 golds at Dance World Cup 2026). We are growing and looking for a front-desk administrator — someone who loves talking to people.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at the centre
- Answer phone inquiries about our programs
- Work in our CRM system
- Keep track of the teachers' schedule
- Remind visitors about upcoming classes
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Neat, friendly, ready to be the face of the centre at the front desk
- Communicative and attentive
- Responsible and reliable
- Confident with CRM, Office and social media
